Forgot to take the picture. Enjoying Bulleit 10 yr neat. Some nice rye spice and interesting layers but I am missing the caramel, vanilla, and other sweet flavors I prefer in a bourbon.
Quoted from SirScott:Rare Breed is very underrated, and delicious.

Love the attention to detail!! Lol
I live an odd life. Most will never understand. I reach to many, but I come from a foreign land. Follow me to wisdom, I speak through the benevolent hand.
P.S. feel free to pm me

I have a 6 pack of those glasses. Brought one over to my neighbors one night and the wife almost had a panic attach when I set it on the coffee table. Most of my guests actually hate using them. I got them free from work and enjoy using them. Most of the time they are in my build in cup holders of my sofa so the slanted feature is defeated anyway.

I would be interested in your thoughts on the Michters Small Batch.
I love the Michters American Whiskey. So much so it is basically the only Michters I buy. I need to venture out...
Quoted from TheShaft:Nice to finally see some scotch love. Is bourbon more of an American fascination?
Felt like this bottle had been neglected for too long and needed some love.

For liquor, I drink mainly bourbon, scotch, rye, and irish whisky's. I easily drink bourbons the most. They are incredibly popular here, but they have a worldwide following.
I guess I need to post more scotch.
Our local grocery store started a whisky club. It is limited to 100 members and costs 400 to join. Every month you have a $33 credit and each quarter they do drawings for allocated whiskeys. This quarter, my name was drawn third and I chose a unicorn.

Picked up Rebel a few weeks ago. It will be opened in time. Last night it was Crown Royal's Salted Caramel turn.

But finding a bottle of Blantons
Is like a Unicorn
Quoted from EJS:I’m not sure if some of these belong here or not but here is my haul from yesterday. I know the one in the middle does NOT belong but it tastes like scotch which is why I bought it.

Highland Park 12 is my go to based on price and taste.
Finishing out my basement and just got my liquor cabinet in. Say hello to The Vault. 4 ft tall, 4 ft across, 2 ft deep of industrial storage. Not a single Buffalo Trace product to be found.

No but I might put this case of Dickel 15 in there. Bill threatens to come steal it all.

Hey Chisox we miss you over at that place. You need to come visit us.

Holy shizznit. Can’t say I’ve ever had anything that proofed. I’ve had hazmat GTS but that drinks closer to 120 because it’s older and well, it’s GTS. Would like to hear about it when you crack it. Might want to clear the schedule for a few days after haha.

Just a guy on a Buffalo
I went camping this weekend and enjoyed lots of bourbon. Spotty reception kept us from using cameras much, but we had eagle rare, rebel yell, Evan williams bonded, colorado gold, old overholt rye, and some George t. Stagg....amongst other libations.

Sweet selections. Why no cameras in cellular deprived areas?
I do remember using my Fujifilm mirrorless while in Italy to transfer pics to my cell phone and later upload.

I typically don't have my phone at all during camping trips. It defeats the purpose.
My buddy just became COO of his company. What would be a good celebratory bottle of bourbon for him? Something smooth for none bourbon guys to enjoy in a toast?

Congrats. For non-bourbon drinkers a wheater or something with lower rye is usually best. Makers 101 should be available (I like cask strength better). Any Michters - particularly the American whiskey if you can find it. Woodinville has a Cola flavor to me.
Of course any buffalo trace but good luck finding anything.

I totally agree.... but pictures are memories. That's the time to go retro and actually use a camera.
