Replace that ugly factory instruction card from Spooky with a Halloween Jamie Lee Curtis Signature card. ***Obviously Signature not included***

***Signature book page not included*** Requires you to purchase autographed book separately and add the signed book page as I did here- See Photos**** Signature not included but you can easily purchase a signed book on eBay. You will need to buy a book that is titled "Mother Nature" and make sure you are getting a signed copy by Jamie Lee Curtis. Signatures do vary on the books so purchase one that you can manipulate/cut to fit in the center cut out. Simply cut Signature page from the book and insert it this display card & add it your machine.

Dimensions of the card are:
-Total card size 6 inches wide & 3.25 inched tall
-Center Cutout box for signature is 3.5 inches wide & 1.25 inches tall

- Top Image card is made of .060 thick Polystyrene( won't bend or fade)and bottom card is mat board. Simply insert your book page signature in between. Double side tape is include to hold the book page in place.
