This is a pretty nice place. They have two pool tables, two dart boards, foosball, a few video games, and the Playboy Pin. There are many TVs and even two couches to watch TV on and a sort of back room lounge with leather furniture which I'm not sure what it's for. It is also a full service restaurant and a bar. In the same strip mall is a very interesting antique-type store with a bunch of cool old stuff in it; definitely worth looking around in when you're in this location.
Anyway, I just walked right in a played the Playboy pinball table and had a blast playing it for quite a while. Probably had the most fun with this table on my entire Cary pin crawl, although Simpsons at nearby Rukus was a close second.
