Why are these impossible to find? Everything else seems to be available.

That's weird, Rottendog also shows them as discontinued too

Rottendog 95 audio boards are available here:

I usually call to order parts from them.

I had a Rotten Dog WPC95 A/V board blow its -125/-112 line for the DMD and there is no support for that Rotten Dog Board. Jim discontinued it and no schematics available anywhere.

Are you missing the board or is yours blown? If its just blown send it to Chris Hibler

BC of lack of support and due to the fact it was discontinued due to design issues. I would only by one as last resort. Rebuilt the orig if you have it

Maybe because they rarely go bad. I was looking for one, too. My Congo has a Rottendog board but it went out. I shipped it off to Rottendog and sounds like they can fix it. No final word yet, though. I did talk to Chris Hibler and sounded like he could fix it, too. I think the reason Rottendog quit making them is that some of the chips are no longer available. As far as I know, there are no other alternatives.

Incorrect. It was discontinued due to parts issues.

I may have a couple available, and can certainly fix any issue with any of them.

Ok sorry. I was going off what people were telling me.

The design is not the same as the original, and I was told schematics were not available.

Jim never returned my calls or emails.

I resolved my issue by going ColorDMD and saying to hell with the HV.

Not sure I totally agree with that, I've twice bought games that were not functioning correctly and that board was bad. I think one big issue is the ASIC chip on that board and the lack of replacements. I thought at one point some were found, but not sure. I know somewhere I have one of the AV boards with the bad chip, I believe a common error with that issue is "sound board interface error".

Wish there was an option to update the audio as well. I came across PinSound but it sounds like it still needs a working original board.
