Jack posted that the ball hang-ups have been solved by putting a longer plastic above the area behind the drop target.

A couple of observations:
1) It seems like you were misled by someone at JJP. The video begins with the excitement of getting "one of the first machines" and shifts to "it turns out the machine we are getting is a prototype" once they arrive at the factory.
2) Gorgeous facility!
3) I find it very inconsiderate that you had BOTH of the employees wrap your game!! Didn't you see all the games they had to complete on the line?!! Who did you expect would finish them?!?

On the darker side though that video is just odd. 2 workers and a perfectly staged factory. Hope not but it was quite the opposite of comforting.
