Make the decision easy. Buy all three and get FREE shipping. That's about $30 buck saving, or near 10% when you buy three. Sell the DMDs in your existing pins each for $100 and you have yourself the best mod in each machine cheaply, IMHO.

Should have clarified. 30 bucks savings from free shipping for the $395 expense is 7.6% savings, near 10% on one ColorDMD. 30/395x100=7.60%
