Were Williams game made outside the USA?

    I don't believe so. Games were made in the USA "for export" where they were loaded with the right voltage, coin door, CPU settings then shipped right to the destination county. All other documentation, serial stickers, switch/lamp matrix sheet are typical and in English. Stern still does this today.

    One of my favorite games is my Black Rose that was made 2 miles from my house, lived a life in Germany for who knows how many years, came back to the states somehow and is now back home in my Chicago basement.
