When you get a connection with someone who has a WOZ, ask them if it has lighting 2.0.

If it doesn't, you need to contact JJP and see if lighting 2.0 is available. They don't always have it in stock. A lot of owners have been buying old stock lamp boards that are becoming more difficult to find, and honestly, just living with the 'lights are going crazy' problems, but I wouldn't want that for you.

It's more than a small job replacing every single light and all the associated wiring in the game, but it's the only way to make a WOZ have reliable lighting.

Quoted from PinRetail:

If it doesn't, you need to contact JJP and see if lighting 2.0 is available.

Also, know that the 2.0 kit cost is 900$. Currently JJP has them in stock, according to their website. There's nothing wrong with buying a machine with an older board set, just should get the machine a little cheaper as you will have to change the boards some day.

It takes on average 10 hours to do the swap. By no means is it difficult, just time consuming.
