    Quoted from zpinman370:

Hey Guys- checked online from the link in the youtube and looks like its no longer available. If we get enough interest and someone has good electronic knowledge for that part to make up some units would be great. I have the capabilities to produce the acrylic items and hardware etc so we could do a bit of a collaboration. Just a thought

I want this. Except it needs to be about 5 ft tall and 10 feet wide.... or some appropriate aspect ratio....... is that doable?

    Quoted from zpinman370:

wow that is go big or go home - anything is doable the only issue I can see is lighting it up properly and weight. It would weigh a ton for sure. The cost on the acrylic would be up there as well as you would be talking multiple sheets

So your saying, don't mount that on the ceiling?

    Ordered! or not.....

.....to make that setup that is 8 column x 15 tubes in the video..... that's real close to $12,000. 120 of their tubes plus lighting control software and sound to light controller.

Maybe better keep it back at the original version....

Well, I'm pretty sure that I want one of the original equalizers posted if they get made. Those are super neat.

I can't stand that they are the little LED strips though. That really limits how big you can make it. That sure sounds like quite a wiring project though if you were to use their programming and individually wire up the same number of a larger LED so that you can use larger panels or something. I've never looked into anything like that before so that's above me for sure.

But while I'm here I thought I'd post some things I've gotten over the years to add to the game room. I used to go to those Super Auctions all the time years ago, and then there was some other company that spawned off of them when they started getting in trouble for whatever was going on behind the scenes there, but I did pick up a couple neon arcade signs for "Replay" arcade and "Sultans Castle" arcade. There was another auction one time too where I ended up getting a hold of the guy who took over an arcade space that closed in a mall in southern Illinois. I don't remember how, but he probably had some stuff for sale online that I saw and noticed it was the same space that I had been in before. There were neon signs all around the old arcade, a helicopter, submarine, space shuttle, a big change arrow, and a big "please no smoking, drink, or food" sign. The "no" ended up shattering all over when we took them off the wall, but I drove back down to southern Illinois and picked up all the neon off the walls from the guy for $250. I was excited. Transformers and all. I haven't hooked them back up yet and just put them up on the wall for safe keeping until I really get into a remodel mode. I also was gifted a couple signs from an operators warehouse whom I'd bought about 40 games from over the course of a couple years, so those are hanging around too. Oh, and a "Game Gallry" arcade signe as well. That came from an auction at some point too. Long ago a friend of mine was in college for graphic arts/media type stuff and took a photo of me playing my nba jam arcade and then turned it into an nba logo type sign. Kinda neat. Maybe someday there will be a 3d lighted version like those back lit pacman and ghosts I saw posted a bit up in the thread. Could be neat! Anyway, enjoy.
