Wow the 3-way combo (double super JP) for LC completion is news? For shame pinside 
The 3x two way (super JP) combos do also get you there - personally I find focussing on a 3 way easier (*insert 3-way joke here*)
I have been told once that 12x single jackpots will do it as well, but I've either never done it, or it's a lie. I've never seen LC complete without combos.
FYI completing Quorra typically takes the form of Quorra -> GEM combo as well, but it is NOT required. A single GEM shot is all that is needed - Quorra does keep raising the jackpot though.

It actually is, but only because the game alters what is lit based on what you shoot and the combo timer.
ie - you don't extinguish or collect the lights, they move as the combo progresses, and if you drop the combo they will reset.

No. The scoop is not a combo shot in that context.
In addition, if I recall correctly you can only start a combo in LC with a ramp shot (either one) or the right orbit.

Twice I have managed to get the 2X 50 mil SOS full completion skip bonus for a beautiful 100 million points - feels like a crazy victory when it happens.
Aside from actually finishing portal (been about half way through once) it's probably the most difficult thing to do in TRON.
