As far as I know, there isn't any automation available yet for something like this. Google "Social Golfer Problem" for more information. You're going to need to manually determine the matches if you want everything to be semi-balanced.

It's more of a math problem than you think.
Tennis isn't 1vs1vs1vs1 but 2vs2 thus I don't think this would help. Have any links?
