I ran into an issue installing a color dmd for my Roadshow. Randy answered my email almost immediately and was able to walk me through fixing the issue. Thanks Randy! Great product - awesome customer service!

Color DMD wouldn't take firmware update. I had a corrupted Boot ROM loader. Randy sent me new boot loader file via email - issue resolved..
