Hey gang,

Recently bought a ToM that needs some work. I've gotten some things sorted out, but need some help with a couple things.

The first issue is the wiring for the Trunk Lamp. The wires are completely disconnected under the playfield. There are 2 sets of yellow/grey and red/green wires coming from the connector. Close by the trunk mechanism I found one set of these colored wires, which I assume the shorter set connects to, but where does the longer set of wires connect to under the playfield?

Also near the trunk mechanism there is a connector for which I cannot figure out where it connects to. From trying to look at some pictures I am thinking this connecter just doesn't have another side. Is that correct? What is this connector?

Finally, there is a connector laying on the bottom front of the cabinet near the coin door. There is a solid purple wire disconnected from the connector. 2 questions: where does the solid purple wire go in this connector, and where does this connector connect to? I cannot figure that out.

Thank you very much for all of your help!!!!!!

You're connector on the bottom of the cabinet goes to the coin door board, looks like it's for the gi. Violet wire should be at the lowest pin position. Heres a pic of mine hope it helps.

Thanks! Got the connector by the coin door worked out. Still can't figure out the trunk lamp wiring. Like I said, the wires coming from the connector has two yellow/grey and two red/green wires coming from it. I found one yellow/grey and one red/green wire where they need to be wired up, but not sure where the other set of wires goes.

See my first photo for reference. I'll try and take more pictures this weekend if that would help.

The two red wires in you're hand go together and connect to the one red wire in the background of you're pic, same as the yellow wires, two go together and connect to the one from the trunk just like the picture I included earlier you're just missing the Molex connector.

Thanks to everyone who chimed in. I go this fixed.

I found the two sets of wires I needed to connect to the trunk lamp wiring harness, and once I did all of my lighting problems were solved. I finally figured out where to look, because my start button and buy in ball button lights were working, which were in the same row and column on the lamp matrix, so all I had to do was follow the wires from there to find where the other disconnected set of wires was.

RVH - thanks, but there were two separate sets of wires...those 3 did not all get connected together. In your picture, I was coming from the bottom of the molex connector (I have the molex).

I am almost at 100% functionality. One of the stand up targets by the center ramp isn't working...but I know what the issue is...I just have to run wires from the working one to the non-working one.

Again, thanks for the help everyone!!!
