I have SW COL 3 out on my game
Everything else works and plays as it should
Any pointers would be great
Checked wiring throughout the field - everything looks good and nothing out of ordinary
BE180158-A0D2-42EB-8599-D7916DD4CA79 (resized).jpeg4049 at IC15. Use a logic probe.
Pin 15 should be the inverse of pin 14.
Compare to other gates.
Then the PIA at IC11, pin 4.

I believe IC 15 is at bottom of the stack of 4 ICs on the upper right of the board. IC15 is Rows 1-4. IC17 is columns 1-4
