Just noticed this following the site migration, but the photos in my old stories are now gone. They either don't display or there is a "broken image" icon that when clicked takes me to a nginx 404 page.

Crash, still a problem? What's an example URL that illustrates this? And how old was the photo?
Just an observation on my part: lots of forum images from 2+ years ago are missing too.
This story which had 4 or 5 images.
I can't find the one with the broken icons again but this one obviously has a blank spot below the text...

Curious. Neither of those generated 404's loading any page elements.
I wonder if this means Robin's code is simply not emiting the image tags.
In the first url, was it the case that originally the images you had were posted throughout the story?
Well the images appeared at the end. I didn't insert them inline, no. I don't recall being able to do that.
