Hey all,
I recently picked up a SW DE pin and I am absolutely in love. However there are a few issues I would love some help with:

R2D2 Doesn't bounce - His head spins fine but he doesn't bounce. Anyone know what part controls that?

Ball Missing ALOT - When I power up the table I get a ball missing error. It cycles for a while and then finally finds the ball. But it can take upwards of 5 min.

Doesn't register when a ball has left the playfield - When the ball leaves the playfield the software doesn't register that a ball is off the table (drained through a ramp or through the center) have to reboot at this point.

Any help or steering in the right direction would be amazing!

I can possibly speak to the ball leaving the table issue. My machine had a problem where the ball would not sit properly in the out hole and didn't press down hard enough on the switch. I placed a couple of very small screws so the ball would sit centered over the switch

To funny cuz I just started having that problem just the other day, goes through the ball search and tells me there's a ball missing. Haven't had time to look at the problem but it's probably a switch problem in the trough.

How do I do this?

I had a similar issue, reseated the switch connector, and the problem went away. I seem to have other periodic switch related glitches, so I may redo the switch connector entirely.

I am a total jackass. When i raised the playfield one of the balls fell out... no wonder i was getting the error. Thanks all!
