    GQ-4X for the programmer(get an 9v wall adapter too) and the chinese eraser you have linked.

    The timer on it is not a representation of minutes. I usually spin it over to #2 and then blank check the EPROM. If it is not blank i erase again.

    The TOP853 will only work on windows xp or older and will not program 2532 EPROMs if that influences your decision.
