Yeah. Could be two things. Perhaps as mentions your flipper switches (buttons) have malfunctioned. Switch test and pressing them should sort that out.
Also. Is the coin door closed when you're trying it out? Could are disabled when the coin door is open. Possible it's either open or perhaps the coin door switch is buggered and thinks it's open.
