Fellow Pinsiders...I just have to give it up to my man Robert. This was my first time using his services (and first time getting something powder coated) and I just HAVE to tell you....this man went above and beyond, every single step of the way. Not only did he do an impeccable job on all the pieces I sent him BUT (and I feel this is important) he kept me in the loop at every stage. A+ work without a doubt... BUT, A+ customer service as well. That goes a long way with me. He was always accommodating, directly communicating with me, happy to to answer questions, quick to respond to texts, ETA, you name it.
And let's talk about the powder coating. My new machine's trim went from feeling like dull sandpaper to smoother than a baby's behind. What a gorgeous purple hue, the sparkling flakes in the paint that make the game shine. Look at the friggin gold! Every bolt and screw related to trim? Yeah, he did that. The machine feels like Thanos himself lol. The man is a genius with this stuff. The coin slots... WOW!!! I can go on and on.
All the previous posters are correct, pics just don't do it justice. If you're even thinking about using Rob for your machine, don't hesitate.
This guy is the real deal and a true professional.
I just wanna say a huge THANK YOU to you Rob. You made me a believer. You not only have my future business but with all of our back and forth I now consider you a friend as well. Can't wait to post this work on my Youtube channel and give your work the shine it deserves.
