This is for the Night Rider top hole, but I think that it is also used for Evel Knievel, and any other title that has a 5-way alternating unit. It's basically a variation of the Snap-Out Score Counter Unit, but with a pair of plates, and with a few parts that are different (e.g., there is no rocker arm, but there is some little metal bracket that I would think takes its place). The part # is listed as W-999-44 or W-999-45, and it's not mentioned in the Bally Parts Manuals that are at Planetary Pinball (it is missing the manual for the EM/SS games like these), and an internet search of that part came up empty.

    Thanks in advance.

EDIT: OK, I think I've got figured out (it seems to be working fine), but pics, especially of the backside, would still be helpful.
