Not the best EM repair guy, so I need some help

Williams Aztec - plugged in, turned on

According to owner, was working recently

Lights up
No response from start/reset switch
All score reels are at zero
13 credits on the credit wheel

What do I check now?

Thanks

Woohoo, "2 seconds ago" response. Anyways:

Manually, by hand touching the plastic piece, actuate the reset relay in the bottom of the cabinet. (playfield cabinet)

Any response?
