My first pinball issue - GOTG Orb

Hi,

So as a first time owner the inevitable time has come where I have came across my first issue. It seems to do with the orb within GOTG and the assembly piece dislodging itself (red circle on image). I can reseat it but the same thing happens. I've taken numerous videos from above and under the playfield on this one.

Anyone got any ideas or things to try?

These videos probably show the issue best.
