I am having a problem with my dot matrix video display. It was working fine but went blank during mid-play. On restart of machine I get five beeps and no display. Machine seems fine otherwise. Any thoughts or suggestions before I try to call a repairman...if i can find one.

Any and all suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I'd check that the big connector is still plugged onto the DMD, then carefully inspect the pins the big connector plugs onto for cracked or broekn solder joints. Then measure voltages to the big connector on the DMD.
