My Crank arm broke on my Addams bookcase and had a tough time finding a new one.I decided to try and make one out of metal and it worked perfectly. The first one took me forever to get it right but now I've got a pattern and can make them at will.If someone is in need of one let me know.

Nice its a shame it seems most of these went to AU.

How much do you want. These are also used on STTNG. Depending on price I might be in for a few too, especially if they're easier to mount than the stupid plastic one that's not even drilled for the roll pin!

Very nice, I don't need any right now but if you are making them I am in for a couple to have on hand, took me forever to find one of these for STTNG.

Hmmmm thats strange. I called Steve Young and he said he had lots in stock so I bought 2. But that being said I'd be VERY interested in a couple of the metal ones of yours if your going to make them as I have both Addams and STTNG. Also if you make the longer ones (which I can't find anywhere) I'd buy a couple of those aswell depending on price. Let us know might have a lot of buyers here nice work!

    Fabricators are awesome.

Have not thought about a price.I am open for suggestions on what it's worth.I think for now I would like to send some out for free to Pinsiders who are in need of one.I then could get some feed back on how it worked for them.

I have seen this first hand by BRZ. It's awesome! I also spoke with Steve Young and he said he was going to stop selling them soon because he needed some for himself. Personally I would rather have what BRZ made. His will basically last forever!

I just replaced one on my STTNG for the second time in a year. I'd certainly be in for buying one that would last longer (especially if I can avoid having to drill holes in the plastic replacements). Good job making one; I've considered having one of my lab techs cast a metal one for me on several occasions.

    Thank you again...

I don't want to keep people that NEED them from getting them, but let me know when you can sell me one or two. I'm definitely interested. =\
