Hard to tell by the photo. But..With solid spot-color "screen printed" art. you are better off matching the color, filling the entire area. Then finish with black outline.
I used Tamiya acrylic paint to touch up the colour on my Wipeout. Then I got a fine black paint pen to paint in the black outlines. Use a paint pen and not a Sharpie though.

I didn't, mainly because at the time I thought I might redo it again another day. That was 2 years ago, it hasn't really worn because it gets a lot less use than in it's arcade days.
