How can I clean the nicotine out of plastics?...

I've tried the retrobrite on pinball plastics before. It is amazing on molded plastics like the sttng shuttlecraft, but it does not work on the flat screened plastics like you have here. It actually will destroy the graphics before afecting the yellowing.
