    I think Taxi does this? But it doesn't use a dual stack, it just has a microswitch mounted separately that lies on top of the HV switch.

    maybe WLL-SW11A-25 from http://www.pbresource.com/buttswit.html would work?

    You'd be surprised what you can do. On one of my homebrews I had double flipper buttons, and each had both a high voltage and low voltage switch mounted separately, and it all squeezed in
