So I've got a few posts that are fastened into my PF and I need help getting them out.

I've removed the nuts from under the PF, but I can't get the posts out. I don't want to just grab them with pliers and chew them up. Any suggestions?

Rubber or plastic hammer (or block of wood) tap post, under PF side, until they give.

Put the nut back on a few threads to protect the post threads and tap it out.
You can also chuck them in a drill and spin them out in reverse to prevent pulling up a piece of the PF.

I tap them out with a brass rod.
