I just picked up a gottleib mini pool add a ball machine today. The problem is that the machine acts as if its trying to reset itself (you hear sets of 5 clicks). Its all coming from the ball counter unit. but the lights also flash at that same pulse. Is it a power supply problem or is it the ball counter unit?
I hope I can get this machine working, its in great shape and I took him up on his great deal knowing that you guys are great at helping me fix these problem machines. Thanks in advance. I can post a youtube video if needed.

All scores are set to 0. I am sure because that is what this part is labeled and when I have the back open I can see it trying to do something.
