Man, it has to be at least 15 years since I had a penny. Canada dropped them in 2013 but for years before that no one would ever use one. Every cashier just had the take one leave one dish at the till. Do you guys still not even have the dish yet?

At this point, the Lincoln cent is still being minted and used in the United States.
The value of 1 cent is such that some people will not even bend over to pick one up off the ground these days.
Is it because of the tribute to Lincoln that you guys are keeping it? Ours just had the Queen and maple leaf so it didn't really have historical standing.
