So, often times you hear people only write feedback when something goes wrong and/or they are mad over some bad customer service.

Well, THIS IS COMPLETELY VOLUNTARY, but I want to do the opposite and shout out Rockland Pinball (http://www.rocklandpinball.com/) or gwaxt72 known here on pinside as an EXCELLENT vendor with integrity and good will in the way they do business.

At the York show, we had a mix-up in communication on something I purchased from them. After I got home I realized something was not what I thought it was. I contacted them directly from the business card I took from the table and they immediately made it right and took care of me. They wanted nothing but a satisfied customer and that means a lot. The communication regarding the situation was also on point.

With that said, I would trust whatever they sell, they will back it up, and when you see gwaxt72 selling pins on Pinside, feel comfortable he's a reputable seller.
