We had a similar experience with Brett a couple years ago (shortly he started with his X-Pin Line). We bought a board from him to do a "quick fix" on a machine we had sold and didn't have time to repair the original board. We had issues with his early X-pin board and right away he made it good buy sending us a replacement. Nice to see a guy stand behind what he sells!
