I think the best part about this game is the call outs and theme.
I think $1000-$1600 would be about right depending on condition, we got ours for $900 a year or so ago but I had to repair a few things. (One of the main issue was that it was double loading balls, and the guy, who was an arcade guy not a pin guy, couldn't get that solved and when we got it home it turned out that he had just loaded 5 balls into a 4 ball game.)The flashers in the freddy head needed the electrical tape wrapping, the optos by the boiler door needed to be resoldered. I think optos failing due to cracked solder is a common problem with this so that's something you can check for if you're having any switch errors on optos. You will probably have to adjust the boiler room door, t-shaped mech underneath the playfield. We replaced our souls shroud (the rubber cover on the stand up targets by freddys head). Luckily most all of the common issues with this game are fairly simple and inexpensive to fix. If you are going to led it, half of the 44's have their polarity switched so you can't use the ablaze 1 leds you have to use the 3s or some other rectified bulb. Also, many of the lights ghost so you might want to consider no-ghost bulbs.
All in all, it's not my favorite game in our collection because I feel like there aren't enough goals while playing, it's a lot of shooting for the boiler room, however we do have a lot of people that come over and love to play it.
