Fares are inclusive of government taxes and fees, including without limitation for domestic travel within the Continental United States: Passenger Facility Charges of up to $9.00 each way, September 11 Security Fees of up to $11.20 each way, Domestic Segment Tax of $4.00 per domestic segment (a segment is one take-off and landing), U.S. government excise tax of $8.90 per departure for Alaska and Hawaii travel, and U.S. domestic transportation tax of 7.5% of the base fare for travel within the Continental United States. For travel between the United States and Mexico: Mexican Tourism Tax of 306 MXN applies and Airport Departure Tax (In'tl) ~ 408 MXN (frequently fluctuates). For travel between the Continental United States and Puerto Rico: Passenger Facility Charges of up to $9.00 each way, September 11 Security Fees of up to $11.20 each way and US Transportation Tax of $17.70 each way. For travel between the United States and international locations: Passenger Facility Charges of up to $9.00 each way, September 11 Security Fees of up to $11.20 each way on U.S. originating flights, and on the domestic leg of an international one-way trip originating outside the U.S. and US Transportation Tax of $17.70 each way, US Dept. of Agriculture APHIS User Fee of $5.00, US Federal Inspection Fee of $7.00, US Customs User Fee of $5.50, Non-U.S. government taxes of up to $120.80 each way, excluding VAT (below) and For travel between the United States and Africa, carrier imposed surcharges of up to $304 each way. VAT of up to 18% of the base fare value depending on the country of origination: Barbados (17.5%), Colombia (16%), Mexico (4%), Dominican Republic (18%), Costa Rica (5%), Saint Lucia (7.5%), Peru (18%), Haiti (10%) and Trinidad (15%). Full fare price, including all applicable taxes and fees, must be paid at the time of purchase. Taxes and fees not collected by Center Flank Airlines (for example, a departure tax collected at an airport payable directly to a government official) are not included in the fare. Fares also do not include applicable fees for baggage fees or optional services.

Baggage and Optional Services
For Center Flank fares, the first checked bag fee is $20 when purchased during web check-in or at a kiosk, or $25 at the check-in counter and the second checked bag is $35. For Center Flank Plus fares, one full sized pinball machine is included and the second pinball machine is $35. For Center Flex fares, two checked bags are included. For Center and Center Plus fares for flights to or from Santa Domingo, Santiago, Port-au-Prince, Port of Spain, Kingston, Cartagena, Medellin, Bogota and Lima and Mexico City: one checked bag is included and the second checked bag fee is $35. For Mint fares: two checked bags are included. For all fares, any additional bags are $100 each. All bags are subject to size/weight restrictions. Other fees apply for oversized, overweight or extra baggage, or for other products or services that are sold separately, including, without limitation, pet fees, unaccompanied minor fees, Even More Space seats, in-flight movies, pillows and blankets, or headsets. Changes and Cancellations
All reservations made one week or more prior to a flight's departure may be cancelled without penalty up to 24 hours after the reservation is made. Changes and cancellations made 60 days or more prior to departure date: Blue: $70 per person fee plus difference in fare. Blue Plus: $60 per person fee plus difference in fare. Center Flank Flex: difference in fare only. Mint: $75 per person plus any difference in fare for changes for non-stop fares under $950 or connecting fares under $1,350. For all other Mint non-refundable fares, no fee only any difference in fare for changes. Changes and cancellations made less than 60 days from departure date: A) for Center Flank fares under $100, $70 per person plus difference in fare; for Center Flank fares between $100 and $149.99, $90 per person plus difference in fare; and for Blue fares of $150 or more, $135 per person plus difference in fare. B) for Center Flank Plus fares under $100, $60 per person plus difference in fare; for Center Flank Plus fares between $100 and $149.99, $80 per person plus difference in fare; and for Center Flank Plus fares of $150 or more, $120 per person plus difference in fare. C) for Center Flank Flex fares, difference in fare only. D) For Mint fares, for non-stop under $950 and for connecting fares under $1,350, $150 per person plus difference in fare; for all other Mint fares, difference in fare only.

Additional Change/Cancellation Terms (all fares): For changes, any applicable fare difference will be charged in addition to the change fee. Cancellations are for a Center Flank flight credit only, valid for a Center Flank flight within 1 year. If you do not change/cancel before scheduled departure and you "no show" all money for reservation is forfeited.
