Trying to figure out why I am not getting 12 volts on Power Supply Board on FH...Checked connectors coming from transformer. Checked CN 114 and 102, also checked fuse 115 and 116. Also checked continuity on going to fuse blocks and diodes and they all test fine. Playfield GI and other lights function, but I cannot go into Diagnostics mode at all...
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I checked continuity from the fuses and connectors as suggested above and all were good. D1 and D2 diodes as well as Bridges all tested fine with the Power Supply board out of the machine. I am not blowing any fuses and the fuses and blocks are fine. Would a U20 chip on the MPU board cause the Power supply board 12 volt LED at Tp1 not to light?
