    Are you sure you connected the power where it's supposed to go. It would help troubleshoot it if you provide pictures of everything you plugged in.

    Sorry...just saw this. Everything looks to be connected correctly...I'd just double check that they're seated firmly. Then what he said above...make sure the topper is enabled in the menu. (Although I always thought they were plug and play...knockers have to be selected in the menu for sure.) If it still doesn't work, I'd contact the distro who you got it from to get a replacement or for help troubleshooting.
