When you pull the fuses check them for continuity not voltage.
As far as running the circuit, a regular 1 amp versus a slo-blow wouldn't make a difference in completing the circuit would it?

No because you are testing the solenoid fast not leaving it connected which will burn it up before that fuse blows anyway.
If it works then you are really close to getting it going.
If the solenoid does not kick which i would be surprised then at least you narrowed it down to that.

IT WORKS!
IT WORKS!
Spread the news from coast to coast.....
Thank you to EVERYONE that gave input! The final touch was adjusting the armature under the reset bank.
Anyone that would like to try it out is welcome to. Also, see me at the TPF and say, "Hey, I helped you with your Mibs," and you my friend, are being treated to some beer.
Now, I finally feel okay with doing the cosmetics. And ordering a playfield glass...

YE HA
Yes they are a PITA but once set they are good to go.
If it gives you problems down the road there is a way to rewire the solenoid reset with a separate button instead but that's usually last resort .
Good job joestro78 enjoy.
