Hey guys, before I order a new cap, I wanted to confirm something. Online it says the c23 reading across the two leads should not be greater than 0.5VAC. When I read it, it fluctuates from ~0.00VAC to 85VaC.. all the TP readings on both PS and Driver solenoid board are correct, just not the C23 cap leads.
Any ideas?
I think it may have been the DMM. TP 3, 6 and 7 are all reading 0.051VAC. Which is a direct result of the C23 cap right?
