My Dmd on NGG does not work right. I tested the voltages at the controller board and pins 1 an 2 are at 0. The other test out but put out the wrong numbers. Should I replace or send off for repair. Anybody get er done quickly?

I have been looking to buy a replacement board and it does not look like they make 1. That's what big daddy enterprises said. Parts are not in stock either.
