Just when I thought I had my machine running perfectly I decided to pop out the fuses to test them. They all tested fine and I put them back in. When I turn on the game I now hear a quick audible hiss like tv static and the balls will not pop up when I start the game. Any suggestions would be appreciated,

Checked the manual and it looks like I put some fuses back in the wrong spots, all fixed
