IF I was to get a high dollar machine and the box had damage there's no way I wouldn't open the box right then. If it had damage I wouldn't care about a drivers "feelings". He could box it right back up and take it with him. If they want to get pissy, they shouldn't have busted it up.
On the other hand, if they show when they should and do a good job I will slip them a $20 and say thanks.
