Gonna disagree with the Rob Zombie haters.
I spent a little time tweaking some things on mine, made the back corner lockup more reliable, and I've since found it to be a fast and unpredictable game that plays like an earlier SS with modern sound and rules. The commentary by Rob, Sid and Sheri as you're playing is simply the funniest I've ever heard in pinball, their trash talk never gets old and I bust out laughing on RZSI way more than any other game.
Set it up difficult and it's a great competition game, no free points.. you have to get into a feature and actually make shots to score. A video mode where the primary challenge is identifying higher-value roadkill targets through a blood-spattered windshield? Way better than dodging asteroids! It is a bit disturbing we're collecting real life, actual serial killer cards, but c'est la vie.. (and the murder-ride mode is big points). Infection makes for interesting strategy, when you finish the easy modes, do you start the hard ones or re-try easier modes and risk losing the ball on failure?
I've been doing this for 25 years and sent many, many good and bad games packing, but this oddball potty mouthed monster is a keeper.
This is still my favorite pinside ad...
