If it does not, confirm that both outhole switches are registering in switch test... ELEKTRA has 2 of them! If they are not both closed, the game will never go in to attract mode.
Yeah, it took me a couple days to figure out that the two balls had to be in the machine for it to play a game, when I first got my Elektra.
