And so when there are thousands of products to make if we do not make them instantly and someone has to wait then it is ok for anyone to copy/steal our IP to remake it. How does that even remotely make sense. We aren't sitting around doing nothing. We have dozens of projects in the queue to do, all of it takes time, so if one project doesn't happen when someone wants they can 'go ahead' and do it. Oy. With that logic we should just stop because anything we are working on can be done at anytime by anyone.

The correct process is a) don't steal other peoples copyright and trademark IP, b) ask permission BEFORE you want to do something from the rights owners ... otherwise there are issues.

WMS Logo = Trademark, Artwork = Copyright.

Anyone can contact us at anytime as they often do to seek out permission and unless we do them ourselves (which we have an art dept doing cabinet art, translites, etc, etc), depending on the circumstances work something out.

I would have thought you guys knew the answer, but all of this 'new' artwork is due to us acquiring the IPB Assets, which included at least 500 sets of original artwork films. Yes, somethings change over time, etc. We don't need to vector much when we have the original films. Look forward to lots of new artwork items that were otherwise difficult to do before ...
