AFM (SE) press start, no ball loaded

    I have recently purchased (from CGC) Attack From Mars (SE). Unboxed and setup the machine, leveled, put balls into the load rail and tried to play my first game (machine is set form free play). After pressing "start", machine leaves attract mode, but no ball is kicked out of the load rail to the launcher. Pressing Launch, flipper buttons or start doesn't help. Pressing start does add players as expected. I have verified all switches using the test mode. Load solenoid (ball empty function) works. Any help is much appreciated (I will start a ticket with CGC Monday).

    Do the flippers work after you press start? It sounds like your interlock switch isn’t pushed in enough and high power is being killed. Open the coin door and push in the white interlock switches and see if it will eject balls, flippers work, etc. if it then works you just need to adjust the interlock switch. I had the same problem when I got my game.
