After 20 years away from pinball I'm getting back into it and trying to resurrect a project Stern Nineball. I have started with a new Great Plains Electronics rectifier board and repinned the plugs. I'm getting 16V at TP3, it should be 12V. There is no load, the only thing I have plugged in is a new Rottendog driver board and the GI. Is this 16V OK, is it OK for me to keep going and hook up the MPU?

I think you are OK. I had the same problem when I tested mine with no load. Everyone said that's normal voltage for no load.

Here's my post on that subject.
