I had the pleasure of meeting Chris while picking up a Spiderman he had for sale. Spidey was in terrific shape with a beautiful clear coated playfield. Chris was kind enough to show me his incredible collection of top notch games, we then proceeded to his shop area where I saw a large number of playfields (and a few games in the final stages of restoration) that looked like NOS...all with clear coats that were obviously sprayed by a skilled professional. I had IJPA shipped to me. Bought it because it was a very nice example and play field was pretty much flawless. Unfortunately had small damage during shipping. I reached out to several local and non-local people to help assist with restoration. Chris got back to me right away was able to supply an estimate for the insurance company within hours. So he won» Read moremy business there. But the final product that he delivered was phenomenal. A complete tear down of the cabinet, with full restoration and rebuild. The attention to detail was superb as well as the artistry of his craft. Chris made sure to go the extra mile by getting the machine up and running 100%, which was additional work not in the contract. My expectations were exceeded and he has successfully gained a customer, probably for life. Or at least while I’m in this hobby. I look forward to getting him back out in the water here soon! Aside from an awesome purchase experience, his repair work is quite impressive as well! During my visits, we always walk his workshop and see what restorations he currently has in process. Needless to say, his attention to detail is remarkable and the OCD really pays off! Usually quite jealous of the pins getting his royal treatment!
