OMGosh - easily the best game of 2024! JJP has totally separated themselves with this game: the lights, the music, the beauty and fantastic gameplay make this a must have (very expensive) pin.

Played about 20 games at TPF. REALLY enjoyed the quality of the music, gameplay, & it has the best shots of any JJ I have played! The flippers- vast improvement! Hope to find one on secondary market!

I’m obviously in the minority here- I grew up listening to Iron Maiden, really enjoyed the music, but the game just didn’t appeal to me. Perhaps I should have been drunk?

The copies of this game I’ve played have been hard as steel pinballs! I’m a decent tournament player but this game eats my lunch. The rampant ball stealing (often on the plunge) and mystery points on the ramp also add to the luck factor of this game. Yes, for top 200 players it probably is still a game of skill as they sharp shoot the lock and then release and never let the ball get out of control in single ball play. However, for the vast majority of players, luck will play a significant factor in multiplayer games. I’ve had games where another player was left a locked ball on all 3 balls and started multi ball on every plunge. That can make a huge score difference obviously.

Still, a beautiful game that can be both fun and frustrating to play!

For context, I have owned Godzilla, Deadpool, Jurassic Park, Foo Fighters, Wonka, Hobbit, Pirates, Dialed In, Wizard of Oz, GNR, Toy story, Godfather, Big Lebowski and Rick And Morty. In addition to those, I have played Medieval Maddness, Attack from Mars, Indiana Jones, Twilight zone, Addams Family…

Elton John is hands-down the best pinball machine I have ever played. In my opinion, no machine a better combination of shooting incredibly while having incredible art/light package with near perfect theme integration. I have to admit that I haven’t played many of Steve Ritchie‘s games for more than a couple casual plays in an arcade but the flow in this machine makes me understand why he has such a following.

As an Elton John fan I am probably a 6.5 out of 10. I like his music, many of the songs are catchy, but I’m not running out to concerts and listening to his music often. The lights sync up perfectly to the music, there’s humor involved in the game (like when you combine Crocodile Rock multiball and Rocketman multiball and the screen shows a Crocodile riding a rocket), and my goodness those shots are like butter. The shot from the upper flipper to get to the piano is difficult and reminds me a little bit of the garage shot in Rick And Morty but easier. The orbits are smooth as silk. Everyone in my family gravitates to this machine and many had stopped playing pinball entirely so I think this is going to have wide appeal, especially in a home context. I had my doubts when this title was announced and only pursued the machine after a friend who literally owns every single JJP and 22 other machines told me this one was heads and shoulders above the rest of his machines. His statement shocked me and I had to try it for myself. He’s 100% correct and I’ve heard it from others as well. I am sure this machine like many JJPs will get pushed down in the rankings. I already saw someone gave it a rating in the 2’s. Make sure you try this one yourself. It will hook you and make you smile.

Alot of folks like this game... it just didn't hit my spot. I'll be interested to see if it stands the time test. Or is it the new game wow and then looses momentum

Overall an excellent game that nails the theme. The artwork is superb and the shots and rules work very well. This is an excellent first release from a new manufacturer and they knocked it out of the park. The value is strong and the toys and gimmicks make for some eye popping surprises.

As someone who has recently gone back to playing a lot of solid state games Pulp Fiction is just a godsend. There is really nothing like it. It’s 80’s magic in a modern package. It’s shoots beautifully, The flippers feel amazing, It is VERY satisfying to have a hot game. It is very challenging and I love that. The ‘one more game’ pull is very alive with this pin. A pergect game for league or social play as the ball times are shorter. Really enjoying it and it is earning well for this style of game at my location. Like many other early adopters I’ve have trough into issues which had me frustrated for awhile but now that the issue is solved for good im very happy with my purchase.

Very fun game! I am admittedly biased, being from Houston, but am very pleased and proud of what Barrels of Fun has created! I have only seen the movie Labyrinth once...so it wasn't an instant win for me like some folks who were sold just based on the title, it has proved itself on its own. Very glad to have played it at the Houston Arcade Expo, and in a couple private arcades since. I have put in maybe 20-30 plays, and only noticed one hiccup where it lost track of the ball. Beyond that, every copy of the game I have played has shot really nice, the characters are fun (I like the little heckling orange guys, don't remember their name right now), and it is just fun, looking forward to getting more chances to play. The original Bowie backglass is nice, but I really like that the alternate one is mirrored, cool classic touch. Some audio is a little repetitive, but thus far has not been annoying since the callouts are fun (and not grating like on some older games). The screen at the top of the playfield is neat.

Great theme integration. A game designed by pinball players for pinball players. Lighting, artwork, pacing this game really nails it when it comes to capturing the Labyrinth theme well.

It's quirky. It's nautical. It's an amazing Data East theme where you can torpedo orcas!

An absolute classic from the B/W golden era. I had this game on my wishlist for many years, and recently the opportunity to own one came up. I got to Monsters of Rock the first or second day, only playing a few times.

For players that like more of a challenge (Jurassic Park and LOTR are some of my favorites) than this game falls a bit short.

If you're a newer or more casual player, I'm not sure I can think of a better game.

The shots are smooth, the code is extremely simple to understand, and the call outs and animations are brilliant.

I'm moving mine along after less than two months of ownership to find myself a Jaws LE.

Had the game for six months and it’s still really enjoyable. It has to be on the most difficult setting so that you need to spell each letter of GOD which makes it challenging enough to always come back for more. The sounds are awesome except for the slingshot noise which sound like the tilt sound ‘back in the day’. I love the crossover shooter lane and a single bumper is perfect along with the two upper slingshots which just add to the fun. I love all the drop targets too. The build quality is amazing…playfield looks brand new after forty something years and so does the cabinet artwork. Backglasses don’t hold up quite as well with the usual flaking along the bottom. Artwork is exceptional and I love the reflective foil on the backglass which is unusual but just works. This game is so underrated compared to other games of the era mostly because most people have never seen or played one, except virtually. If you can find one, buy it!

This game is WAY UNDERRATED!
I have had it for about a week and it's a instant hit in our home. The fun and flow of this game is unmatched in my lineup filled with all the big name games everyone wants. I personally love the simplicity of the rules as a nice change up. It's just fun and will not leave my collection for a very long time

Iv'e owned the LE and now the CE. TS4 is an all around great package. It is super approachable by anyone. It's gorgeous to the eye. Though it is from Toy Story 4 I actually love the carnival theme and think that it works great in pinball. The game has some flow and easy to make shots along with some good zingers here and there to make it enjoyable. The sights and sounds are done incredibly well. the pop bumper action is great, the ramps are great, the spinning disc offers some randomness. The Duke Nukem ramp is one of the coolest shots in pinball IMO. The ball feels like it jumps into fireworks because of the amazing lighting in the back of the playfield. IT's really fantastic. I really love the quality that JJP has been making lately. Their games look and feel so much more quality than the other makers which has made me now only want 2 or 3 games from JJP. With the deals out there in a TS4 now you'd be crazy not to try one if the theme is okay with you. It really is better than people say. Even better at home with the room lights down to see and hear what is has to offer.

Classic flowy game with plenty of shots that just feel good. The magic trunk is a cool mech. I also thought the mirrored pop bumpers were a cool touch.
