Visited Pinball Palace at Dezerland Orlando in March 2022. I don’t think I found one machine that worked 100%. Several were unplayable. Has potential but maintenance and repair seems nonexistent.

I went during Spring Break, 2022 and while a few machines were down/out of order, the ones that were in service mostly worked fine, though at least two I played had bad flippers. Overall, I thought it was a great value since they were pretty liberal on what a "one hour pass" is.
They also have a "pinball museum" in a side room (it's not well-marked) with about a dozen ancient EM machines that are worth taking a look at.

I have been here twice in the last 3 months, it is a tourist trap. Both times most of the machines had many issues. Many are totally unplayable. The newer sterns are not included in the wristband pricing structure. They have been moved out of the room and line the corridors outside - $1 or more per play and you have to buy a points card. Unfortunately its places like this that don't maintain games that give the hobby a bad name. Shame on you Dezerland. I won't be back. The staff is just paid to sit there and not do any thing but take your money. This is where machines go to die.

Went from pretty good in late March 2022 to bad in Feb 2023. It appears whoever is running the show is not interested in fixing or even maintaining any of the machines. Many of the games in the list have been removed from the floor, presumably, because they are inoperable. Baywatch has non-functioning DMD. Batman Forever has Joker's head blocking a broken VUK. More than a few games are there, but off. Following games are not present: Captain Fantastic, Dirty Harry, Indiana Jones, Last Action Hero, Terminator 3, Attack From Mars, Big Guns, Diner, Spy Hunter, Star Wars Episode I, X-Files. Widely recommended going last year, but can't recommend going now until something changes. There won't be any working games eventually at the rate they are going. Better call to see if they have what you want before showing up. Don't end up being disappointed like I was.

I checked the place out during the Thanksgiving holiday. What a disappointment. Most machines either had mechanical problems or didn't work at all. It seemed like all they did was buy old machines and simply put them out on display whether they worked or not. The lighting was horrible. You couldn't see anything. The newest machine I saw was Walking Dead. Attack From Mars looked like it was half taken apart. It was being run by some kid that didn't give a shit. Complete waste of time. Don't bother with this place.

Sucks because I was looking for a good place to play pins in the central Florida area, and this is about the only place with more than 2-3 pins.
