Kinda looks like a guy with a guitar

Finally one photo which would represent whole band almost similar to this photo from somewhere back in time world tour in 2008, classic The trooper in background Eddie.http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Iron_Maiden_discography

    #102 10 years ago

The head in the background just looks like Elvis to me.
Not sure why that would still be in the factory though.

    #103 10 years ago

Maybe it's a riddle and the picture is actually of a coin door. The game is Arcade Tycoon and you have to run an arcade.... yeah, that's it.....

The answers to all your questions are in the lockbox.

It looks like batman and the the joker in the center .......

    #107 10 years ago

    Muppets? No thanks. NEXT!

    #108 10 years ago

To me it looks a lot like Karl Urban. Maybe it's a ST with new code!

    #109 10 years ago

What I want to know is, what is the best selling item in the snack machine?

    #110 10 years ago

I think the c2c podcast was right, it's Iron Man being reran.

Boondock Saints will be the next killer pin theme.

I can only say that i know somebody who knows somebody whose newspaper boy has a sister who dates a programmer at stern and he told next one was iron maiden

    #114 10 years ago

Given the color scheme of the cabinet and backbox, my best guess would be a "Smell the Glove" version of Spinal Tap.

    #115 10 years ago

If it's the Muppets , looks like I will be adding some funds to the kids college fund.

    #116 10 years ago
    Quoted from SealClubber:

    Snickers...duh!

    #117 10 years ago

Muppets is up there with WOZ on theme for me....ahh no thanks!

    Quoted from Monarca1091:

I agree. Looks like Joker in the center and either catwoman or batman on the right. Then again, maybe we're seeing it wrong and this is to go along with the new Superman vs Batman movie coming out? That seems too far out for a pin this soon though.

    #119 10 years ago
    Quoted from KillyKillall:

    batman on the right.

    This.
    BTDK.jpgBTDK.jpg

    #120 10 years ago

Batman's mask doesn't go down the side of the cheek like that. Catwoman's does.

From far away, definitely looks like Batman though.

Maybe just a re-run of Dark Knight or something like that? I can't think of anything current that would include those.. except the crap looking show coming out on FOX called Gotham, but the characters in that are pre-what they become (origin story).

    #121 10 years ago

I was thinking it looked kinda like this image, but of course it's all blown up and fuzzy.

What do I know anyway, yesterday I swore it looked like Eddie. It's a strange pinball Rorschach test. lol

New Stern machine is PPS's MM Remake.

    #123 10 years ago

    so it's Medieval Madness eh?

    #124 10 years ago

Was announced today MMR will be assembled at Stern factory by PPS.

    Quoted from SealClubber:

Well that's just great. Now I'm hungry.

    #126 10 years ago

That makes a lot of sense for all involved... Also buys Stern Engineering more time to work on the next platform and games in the pipeline.

    #127 10 years ago

Glad to see Stern helping out. Good for pinball all the way around.

    #129 10 years ago

Looking beyond MMR I wonder if Stern would look at using PPS boards/ LCD displays, PPS flipper parts, etc. In their own games? It would make sense to leverage the best parts of each company's games to make the best machines possible rather than keep the product lines completely separate.

Did anyone correctly guess Mustang in the weeks/month before its release?

Seems like I remember hearing all of the same rumors (Walking Dead, Muppets, Zeppelin, Iron Maiden) around that time...

    #131 10 years ago

That photo isn't MMR, there's no auto-plunger, it's the stock mechanical plunger that stern uses

That's what I remember, too. Although I did hear Fast and Furious as well. Did Fast and Furious become Mustang?

Who knows, possible that they pushed it to when the next movie comes out, like they are doing with my Superman pin (my own rumor).

    #135 10 years ago

it is so weird... back in the day I would watch fuzzy images on the scrambled porn channels late at night trying to make out a boob or nipple.... and now current day doing the same thing looking at fuzzy images of a pinball machine... my, how life goes full cycle

Not sure williams is gonne like Stern is making their remakes.

LOL...that's a funny thought. Although, I'd be surprised if Williams really cares.

Looks like a Raccoon in the middle of the picture. My best guess would be Guardians of the Galaxy. The Marvel Movie comes out August 1st

who is this williams you speak of? That division shut down 15 years ago. Even WMS isn't the same WMS anymore since they merged with scientific games in 2013. Also MMR isn't even going to have the williams logo on it

Hello everyone. This is the voice of Daisy Diesel from the new Mustang game. Gearheaddropping stole my picture from Facebook. This is nothing but a black cabinet that is used to test code. The picture was taken when My fiancé Roy Wils and I toured The Stern Factory before I recorded voice over work for the new Mustang Pin. Obviously, Stern is not going to just have the new theme unguarded and sitting out on the factory floor for all to see. This pic was posted as a joke. If you look through the rest of my factory tour pics you can see the other view of this cabinet with a Stern employee testing code. The rest of the games in the background are all Mustang Pros. I really enjoyed laughing at all the speculation. It's a great thing when pinball generates this much interest.

    #142 10 years ago

And BTW....the best selling snack in the snack machine is icecream. Stern has an icecream vending machine in the factory. I have more pics and videos on my Facebook page. Thanks!

    #143 10 years ago

    Soooo.....

Daisy isn't saying 'no' to TWD. Hint hint.

    And ice cream.

    #144 10 years ago

I have it on good authority that Stern's new pin is a remake of...

You just crushed the dream of many people. I can't lie. I'm kind of hoping you're a liar, but I doubt it.
